1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Free Trial First

We strongly recommend using the free 24-hour trial before subscribing, so you can confirm compatibility with your device and internet connection.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send a message via WhatsApp or email contact@firestickiptv.ca within the 7-day window. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

4. Exceptions

• Refunds are not available after the 7-day window.
• Refunds may be declined in cases of credential sharing or terms violation.
• Cryptocurrency payments are refunded at the equivalent CAD value at time of purchase.
